1) Kurenai
She is not very dangerous, but her skill is very annoying, she can give you debuff like paralyze, confusion and sealed.
2. Asuma Sarutobi
He is not very dangerous, he just attack with a little bit damage, but he attack quite often.
3. Hatake Kakashi
He is very dangerous, his skill will attack with a lot damage, will take a lot of your HP.
4. Might Guy
At start He appear is not very dangerous. But if He is alone, he becamo so dangerous, he can activate sixth gate. His skill Morning Peacock can OHK (One Hit Kill) every one.

So the first target is Kurenai, next is Might Guy(wait until he appear). So the last target is Asuma or Kakashi.

Mini guide

1. Use Tsunade to heal

2. Use Shikamaru skill 2 to give buff speed and attack

3. Attack with Minato and Might Guy

In turn 6 Kisame will lock 3 of your character randomly.

Reccomendation team in S rank

Tsunade weakness is Summoning unit. So in this stage You can use 3rd Hokage.

Use Shikamaru/Jiraiya (pre shippuden) to give speed buff to your team.

In about turn 30-35 Tsunade will heal full of her HP.
